							  Dr. Christopher Pasquale 
							attended Loyola University of Chicago/Stritch School 
							of Medicine graduating Cum Laude.  He completed his 
							Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at 
							the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. 
							Dr. Pasquale is a Fellow of the 
							American Academy of Physical Medicine & 
							Rehabilitation, a Diplomate of the American Board of 
							Pain Medicine, Certified in Spinal Cord Injury 
							Medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine 
							& Rehabilitation, trained in Medical Acupuncture at 
							the UCLA School of Medicine by the American Academy 
							of Medical Acupuncture, and an Independent Medical 
							Examiner Certified by the American Board of 
							Independent Medical Examiners. He is an active 
							member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine 
							and Rehabilitation and an Alpha Omega Alpha Member. 
							Dr. Pasquale is highly 
							experienced in treating patients suffering from 
							acute and chronic pain, back pain, and sports 
							related injuries. He has excellent results in 
							addressing his patients’ pain issues and is eager to 
							improve their quality of life. Dr. Pasquale was 
							trained in Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at 
							the National Healing Institute at the University 
							Hospital Main, Ohio State University. 
							Dr. Pasquale is on staff at a 
							number of the area hospitals including Northwest 
							Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, 
							Illinois. His easy going demeanor, excellent 
							reputation for providing quality and compassionate 
							care to his patients, and interest in medical 
							education, earned him the Physician of the Quarter 
							Award at Presence Resurrection Medical Center in 
							Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Pasquale is a renowned 
							medical professional recognized for his clinical 
							expertise and friendly, relaxed and compassionate 
							approach. 
							He enjoys working with residents 
							and students and is a preceptor in the Midwestern 
							University Physician Assistant Program.
